Enterprise Sales Executive
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
iPay Holding is the digital innovation arm of the Inteltec Group. We accelerate the growth of best of breed solutions targeted towards the ICT, Mobile Money, E-commerce, Retail and Public Sectors in the region. There is also a division of iPay dedicated towards seeding and incubating in-house projects and majority-owned startup investments. We are a young and dynamic organization leading the development of Smart VAS, Mobile Money, Retail and Hospitality and Digital Innovation projects across the MENA region. As a business accelerator for both new business startups and distribution partnerships with international telecom service providers we drive the incubation, launch and operational execution of ventures across GCC and Africa.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Enterprise Sales Executive at iPay will undertake the following responsibilities.
- 100%+ target achievement month over month.
- Deliver and maintain @100% all qualitative targets.
- Acquire MNP accounts 6k+ MRC.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure low churn.
- Keeping up to date with the latest product offerings and promotions
- Providing excellent customer service and handling customer complaints and inquiries
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Reporting on sales activities and providing feedback to management.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in out-door enterprise sales, preferably from Etisalat enterprise sales team
- Car and driving license are mandatory.
PERSONAL SKILLS:
- Communication Skills: The Sales Executive should have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and understand their needs. The candidate should be able to listen actively, ask relevant questions, and provide clear and concise information to customers.
- Sales Skills: The Sales Executive should expect to generate leads and have strong sales skills to effectively sell new postpaid plans to customers. The candidate should be able to demonstrate a strong ability to persuade, excellently negotiate and close deals.
- Customer Service Skills: The Sales Executive should have strong customer service skills to provide customers with excellent experience throughout the sales process. The candidate should be able to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Time Management Skills: The Sales Executive should have good time management skills to manage their schedule effectively and meet their sales targets. The candidate should be able to prioritize tasks, manage their time efficiently, and work independently.
- Technology Skills: The Sales Executive should be comfortable using technology, such as customer relationship management (CRM) software, to manage customer interactions and sales activities.
- Positive Attitude: The Sales Executive should have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to achieve their sales targets and provide excellent customer service. The candidate should be motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
