Back Office Executive (FNL)

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

iPay Holding is the digital innovation arm of the Inteltec Group. We accelerate the growth of best of breed solutions targeted towards the ICT, Mobile Money, E-commerce, Retail and Public Sectors in the region. There is also a division of iPay dedicated towards seeding and incubating in-house projects and majority-owned startup investments. We are a young and dynamic organization leading the development of Smart VAS, Mobile Money, Retail and Hospitality and Digital Innovation projects across the MENA region. As a business accelerator for both new business startups and distribution partnerships with international telecom service providers we drive the incubation, launch and operational execution of ventures across GCC and Africa.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Back Office Executive (FNL) at iPay will undertake the following responsibilities.

  • Preparing sales Dashboard on daily basis and sending to Business Head & Area Managers.
  • Assisting & coordinating with the sales team.
  • Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
  • Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations. Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
  • Prepare communications, such as memos and emails.
  • Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
  • Make daily sales report.
  • Prepare the Submission report and send it to my line manager.
  • Focus on quality performance.
  • Sending an email to all new customers with their package and account number.
  • Make a call to customers if there is any problem with their package to solve and ask them to correct some details.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Previous experience as a Back Office Executive in a Retail environment.
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge in Telecom product & Sales knowledge
