Sales Executive (Retail)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
iPay Holding is the digital innovation arm of the Inteltec Group. We accelerate the growth of best of breed solutions targeted towards the ICT, Mobile Money, E-commerce, Retail and Public Sectors in the region. There is also a division of iPay dedicated towards seeding and incubating in-house projects and majority-owned startup investments. We are a young and dynamic organization leading the development of Smart VAS, Mobile Money, Retail and Hospitality and Digital Innovation projects across the MENA region. As a business accelerator for both new business startups and distribution partnerships with international telecom service providers we drive the incubation, launch and operational execution of ventures across GCC and Africa.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Sales Executive at iPay du Store will undertake the following responsibilities.
- To identify customers’ needs and expectations and serve them in a friendly manner demonstrating du’s brand values at all the times.
- To deliver exceptional customer service through retail experience by providing information on all du’s products and services to help the customer to make suitable choices.
- Achieve the individual agreed quantitative sales targets for different products and services.
- To contribute to the agreed team quantitative sales targets.
- To ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to, including Retail Sales and company specific policies and procedures.
- Handle different forms of payments including cash and credit cards, ensuring adherence to the agreed policies and procedures at all the times.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure company image and brand values are illustrated at all the times.
- Provide feedback to continuously improve the overall customer experience.
- Provide full range of after sales services and seek first step resolution whenever possible on any issues.
- Ensure and update knowledge of all retail systems to ensure streamlined effective services.
- Check and display stock as required and ensure shop appearance is always in line with the set company standards.
- To be flexible to provide support across the shops if required.
- Assist in general administration and smooth running of the shop.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Diploma holder or college graduate (Attested educational certificate is must)
- 2 years’ experience in marketing or sales.
- Fluency in English (Written and Spoken) is absolutely necessary.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Work Experience for Telecom products sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures. PERSONAL SKILLS:
